REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
At NOX, we want you to be confident in your purchase.
This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty or Damaged Items.
If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, or
- Store credit
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags are still attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- You cover return shipping costs
Once approved, you may receive store credit or an exchange.
3. Incorrect Size
We allow size exchanges if stock is available.
Customer covers return postage unless the sizing issue was due to incorrect product description.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Sale/clearance items
- Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards

Include:
- Order number
- Photos (if item is faulty)
- Description of issue
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
